What better thing for celebrating National Quilting Day than to spend it at your local quilt show? That's exactly what several friends and family members and I were able to do today, so I'm on blogger to share with you! Hope you enjoy the show!
Here I am with master quilter, nationally known teacher and quilt book author Pat Speth. My DSis in law and her Dsil took Pat's class today (lucky girls!). Her newest book "Nickel Quilts and Borders" is in my hands and you can order your own copy from Pat from her website
www.patspeth.com. She was kind enough to take time to autography her book for me and stop for a picture! Her blog is
http://www.nickelquilts.wordpress.com complete with step-by-step tutorials.
In other photos you will see nationally recognized quilter and designer Pamela Goecke Dinndorf of Aardvark Quilts with her brand new book called "Colorific" due out in May
(available now for per-order from
www.amazon.com) with forward from the world famous Kaffe Fassett.
